Mathematical Thinking Competition

We use exploration to achieve the wisdom of life, and use challenges to appreciate the wonders of mathematics. In order to let students feel the beauty of mathematics, enjoy the interest of mathematics, cultivate students' good habits of learning mathematics and using mathematics, and further improve their mathematical thinking ability and problem-solving ability, the mathematics group of the Junior High School Division of the east campus recently organized a mathematical thinking competition.

To be exact, this mathematical thinking competition is based on the class as a unit, with each class forming a math competition team of five to eight students. Forty-two participants from eight classes participated in the competition with full enthusiasm and concentration, who thought meticulously and wrote quickly. Thus, time was fleeting. From the nervous expressions of the students, you could feel their determination and confidence to compete bravely.

After the fierce competition, the first, second, and third prizes and the excellence award were finally selected. As the saying goes, ‘we should be humble in victory and gracious in defeat.’ Indeed, today's achievement is the cornerstone of tomorrow's struggle. No matter what the result of the competition is, it is a valuable asset for students on their way to study.
